Turning Pointe Dance Studio is now accepting registration for the Fall dance season!! Dance for Homeschoolers

Classes begin September 7th with Karla Eull!  Come and enjoy the fine art of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theater, and Hip-hop while fulfilling ARTS/PE requirements for homeschoolers.

We have a 4000sf space with two studios and lobby for parents.  Classroom space is limited so sign up soon!

These classes meet ARTS/PE requirements set by the state for Home School students.

Competition

The objective for the participant in the Competition program is to begin more advanced technique concepts such as proper body alignment, balance and position.  They will begin faster and more intricate tap sounds.  Jazz will bring up the pace.  The high-energy style will incorporate turns, footwork and body isolations.  The participant will also take part in extra performances around the Eagan area.  They will participate in three competitions in the Metropolitan area.  Students who are interested

Pre-Competition

CURRENT PRE-COMPETITION DANCE CLASS SCHEDULE

The objective for the participant in the Pre-Competitive program is to expand their tap skills and put together double and triple sounds into combinations of steps.  Basic jazz technique will include isolation, across the floor movement and fun jazz-funk combinations. In ballet, more emphasis will be placed on technique and larger movements and turns.  The participant will also be introduced to competition dancing through scheduled performances around the Eagan area.
